The bearing components and control electronics are located in two housings that are tightly connected, the latter offering free space to incorporate a customized interface or process control board.
The unit is designed to comply with applicable CE directives as well as with the UL 61010C standard and offers option packages such as corrosion protection or safe overspeed protection.
The smallest member of the MMCS line, the MMCS06 with 430 W motor power, is a universal platform ideally suited for small turbo molecular pumps with suction rates of 200 to 600 l/s. It may also be used for other applications where high speed, low friction and a small equipment size are key issues.
